These tips come from Active.com. No, these are not how to train, just some good things to expect and prepare for such as that flat tire. You do know we have puncture vine in the valley? Can you change a flat?

We’ll have plenty of food and water and SAG (support and gear) to follow but you may not want to wait that long.
